Some services provided fall outside the scope of the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
- Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
- Insurance claim forms
- Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
- Private sick notes
- Vaccination certificates
- Occupational Health Vaccinations
- Letters for gym, school etc
Our reception staff will be happy to advise you about appointment availability and applicable charges
Due to increasing pressure on GP services, we would ask that you only bring these requests to your GP if absolutely necessary.
We would ask that you allow up to 14 days for non-NHS forms to be completed.
